You must be aware that to be admissible, your alert
must be serious and factual.
Your report is a serious step and it may have
implications for the people involved. As such, we ask you to ensure that
the facts observed by yourself are truthful and deprived of any
diffious interpretations.
For your information, the admissibility of the alert
will be assessed through the following points:
- does the alert describe a harmful situation?
- is the nature of the situation described
sufficiently serious?
- are the reported facts contrary to law, regulations
or rules of our Code of Conduct?
- whether any documentation completes the report
(photo, document, video, etc.)
- is the report disinterested and in good faith?
- did the person making the report personally witness
the reported facts?
Pursuant the principle of confidentiality and the
legitimate rights of our employees, all reports will be subject to appropriate
analysis.
The whistleblower's identity is confidential,
as long as he/she is disinterested, acts in good faith and reports
situations contrary to rules of our Code of Conduct, criminal acts or
offences of which he/she has
personal knowledge.
